After three years of working and learning together, the LISTO project is coming to an end on October 14, 2020. To be precise, the “eligibility period” of the Erasmus+ funding ends on October 14 – the LISTO collaboration will continue. (More about this in a later blog post)

The original plan was to celebrate the project conclusion during a final meeting in Recife, Brazil. The global COVID19 pandemic has made this impossible and plans for a “family reunion” of the LISTO consortium are on ice for now. But we will celebrate LISTO with a series of 3 dissemination webinars, sharing the main results of our cooperation and presenting 3 publications (forthcoming in English, Spanish, Portuguese):

  • September 23 – Webinar 1: Accelerating Innovation with University-Industry Collaboration
  • September 30 – Webinar 2: Developing an International Virtual Classroom
  • October 7 – Webinar 3: Strengthening the Entrepreneurial Spirit of Universities

The webinars will feature speakers from all 10 LISTO partners, our associate partners (e.g. ANII, MINCyt) and invited guests from FAUBAI, UNIcollaboration and more. The webinars are open to anyone interested. For registration and more details, visit https://listoproject.eu/webinars

Update: The whole webinar series is available for watching on the LISTO Youtube Channel.

For information in Portuguese, visit the websites of our partners SEDETEC/UFRGS and UFPE; for Spanish, ORT and UNL.

In addition, we are happy to share our experience with other projects and networks, and at international conferences:

  • On 9 September, Wendy Haddad Carraro (UFRGS) and Philipp Baur (UU) presented the development of the LISTO IVC in a virtual workshop with the MATARIKI Network.

  • On 29 September, the LISTO IVC will be presented as an example for virtual exchange activities in a virtual training workshop of the Erasmus+ CBHE project TOOLKIT
  • On 5-6 October, Philipp Baur (UU) will speak at the Moving Target Digitalisation Conference hosted by DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service). Title of the  (PechaKucha-format) presentation: Co-creation Methods for Developing Virtual Exchange. The Case of the LISTO IVC. Watch the video recording on Youtube.
  • On Tuesday, 20th October 2020, 11am (BST), Roberto Guerra (UFPE) and Philipp Baur (UU) will talk about “The future of virtual exchange in Higher Education” in the IC Cafe, a virtual event connecting International Relations Offices. Register here.

We will update this page in the coming weeks with other dissemination events hosted by LISTO partners. Stay tuned!
